AIK (Athletes In Kind) organizes athletic and non athletic events to raise money for families battling cancer.
Our events include: Generation Run, Mundy Park Trail Race, AIK Head Shave, Canada Day 8k and Kids Fun Run, Mundy Park Trail Race, & G2 Fun Run. We also have a year round elementary school running program called the AIK Km Club, AIK Race Team and the AIK Run Club for adults.
AIK strives to help individuals give back to their community through sport. We believe athletes are driven because of circumstance or specific people who inspired them to compete and/or participate in athletics.
By Definition:
We are "Athletes" = of all levels of expertise.
"In Kind" = to give something of yourself or monetary value with no stings attached.
