- Held at Percy Perry Track (Coquitlam Town Centre Stadium)

- 1hr mental prep seminar for competition
- get to know Bruce and hear his Olympic story
- an approximate 1hr workout with Bruce Deacon
- helpful hints on preparing for races and competition
- 1hr light snack/refreshment social
- time to talk personally with 2x Olympian Bruce Deacon
